Some facts about the Residents' Association

The Association was founded over sixty years ago in 1946 to serve the village of Stoke d'Abernon and its immediate neighbourhood - a community of over 500 households.

We aim to promote and act upon the interests of all residents by:

Providing information principally by means of seasonal newsletters and the website

Monitoring planning applications and making representations where appropriate

Taking steps to improve the environment and the community by planting trees and bulbs together with introducing iniatives such as the Stoke Jobs Club and the commerce association.

Trying to make Stoke d'Abernon a safe and pleasant village in which to live by liaising with the governing authorities, the local police and neighbouring residents groups.
